Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellation will no longer be possible. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at privacymalaysia301@gmail.com with your order details.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable.

Refunds

Exceptions
