Order Processing and Shipping

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this cancellation window, we may have already begun processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
